Yes. According to the Spanish Cadastre (Catastro) it is more than a century old, and it stands on Calle Nueva, Málaga's main street until Calle Larios was opened. It has been restored keeping its balconies and exposed brick; Skyline 2 and Skyline 3 also keep the original hydraulic tiles. The other apartments have wood-effect porcelain floors.

Two. Skyline Jacuzzi has a freestanding whirlpool bath inside the studio, facing the bed. Skyline Rooftop Jacuzzi has an outdoor hot tub on a private rooftop.

The four studios (Skyline 2, Skyline 3, Skyline Jacuzzi and Skyline Rooftop Jacuzzi) sleep 2 in a double bed. Skyline Triplex sleeps 4: it has two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. The bedrooms have no doors and open onto the staircase.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 12:00.

Yes. Every apartment has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and a washing machine. The Triplex also has a dishwasher.

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning and heating. The Triplex has a unit in each bedroom and in the living room.

In two. In Skyline Rooftop Jacuzzi a very steep loft-style ladder leads up to the roof, and the Triplex's three floors are connected by stairs.

Calle Nueva is pedestrian, so you can't drive to the door. The Camas public car park is 4 minutes away on foot.

Take the C1 local train to Málaga Centro-Alameda (about 12 minutes), then walk for 11 minutes. A taxi takes about 15 minutes without traffic.

30% is paid when you book, and four days before arrival you'll get an email to complete full payment of the booking.

There are always clean sheets and one set of towels per guest, and extra towels are available for an additional charge. Stays of under 7 nights don't include cleaning or towel and sheet changes. From 7 nights, sheets and towels are changed.

Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival; after that, part of the booking is charged. Non-refundable rates allow no date changes, and cancelling them costs 100% of the stay. For stays of more than a month, the cancellation period is one month.

It's a lively area: Calle Nueva is a pedestrian street right in the old town, a step from Calle Larios, Plaza de la Constitución, the cathedral and the Atarazanas Market, with shops, terraces and people strolling by day and at night. In Skyline Jacuzzi and Skyline Rooftop Jacuzzi that buzz can be heard inside the studio. Skyline 2 and Skyline 3 are well insulated and the best choice if you're a light sleeper. During Holy Week, the August Fair and Christmas the centre gets even busier.
