The apartment

Skyline 2 is in a fully restored historic building on Calle Nueva, a few steps from the Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Atarazanas Market. What sets it apart is its yellow-and-blue decor, the balconies on the renovated façade and the original hydraulic tiles it keeps in the living area.

It's an open-plan studio with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

Who it suits

Couples and solo travellers who want the city at street level and a home with some history. It is well insulated from street noise.

Before you book

Payment

30% is paid when you book. Four days before arrival you'll get an email to complete full payment of the booking.

Check-in

With an electronic lock, from 16:00. Earlier access isn't possible. Check-out by 12:00.

Linen and cleaning

There are always clean sheets and one set of towels per guest; extra towels are available for an additional charge. Stays of under 7 nights don't include cleaning or towel and sheet changes. From 7 nights, sheets and towels are changed.

Deposit

€150 for any incidents caused by guests during the stay.

Cancellation

Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival; after that, part of the booking is charged. Non-refundable rates allow no date changes, and cancelling them costs 100% of the stay. For stays of more than a month, the cancellation period is one month. You'll see the exact policy before confirming.
