The apartment

An original apartment with ethnic-inspired decor, spread over three floors right in the old town. It's an interior apartment that doesn't face the street. You come in on the middle floor, with the living room and kitchenette; the two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are upstairs and downstairs.

Its details set it apart: exposed brick walls, decorated ceramic basins separate from the bathroom, a wooden ceiling in the top-floor bedroom and a headboard made from an old door. It has one bathroom with a shower, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, and it's the only Skyline with a dishwasher.

Who it suits

Families or close friends, up to four: the bedrooms are on different floors but open onto the staircase.

The three floors are connected by stairs. The bedrooms have no doors and open onto the staircase; the bathroom does have a door.

Before you book

Payment

30% is paid when you book. Four days before arrival you'll get an email to complete full payment of the booking.

Check-in

With an electronic lock, from 16:00. Earlier access isn't possible. Check-out by 12:00.

Linen and cleaning

There are always clean sheets and one set of towels per guest; extra towels are available for an additional charge. Stays of under 7 nights don't include cleaning or towel and sheet changes. From 7 nights, sheets and towels are changed.

Deposit

€150 for any incidents caused by guests during the stay.

Cancellation

Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival; after that, part of the booking is charged. Non-refundable rates allow no date changes, and cancelling them costs 100% of the stay. For stays of more than a month, the cancellation period is one month. You'll see the exact policy before confirming.
