The apartment

A studio full of character on Calle Nueva, a few steps from the Carmen Thyssen Museum and the Atarazanas Market: grey-and-pink decor, arched windows onto Calle Nueva and a sloping ceiling with timber beams and a skylight.

Its great asset is upstairs: a private rooftop terrace with its own hot tub, looking over the old-town roofs and the bell tower of one of its churches. It's reached from the apartment by a steep ladder.

Inside, an open-plan space with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

Travellers who enjoy the buzz of the old town and want an outdoor hot tub above the rooftops.

The rooftop is reached by a very steep loft-style ladder. Noise from Calle Nueva, a very busy pedestrian street, can be heard inside the studio, at night too.

Before you book

Payment

30% is paid when you book. Four days before arrival you'll get an email to complete full payment of the booking.

Check-in

With an electronic lock, from 16:00. Earlier access isn't possible. Check-out by 12:00.

Linen and cleaning

There are always clean sheets and one set of towels per guest; extra towels are available for an additional charge. Stays of under 7 nights don't include cleaning or towel and sheet changes. From 7 nights, sheets and towels are changed.

Deposit

€150 for any incidents caused by guests during the stay.

Cancellation

Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival; after that, part of the booking is charged. Non-refundable rates allow no date changes, and cancelling them costs 100% of the stay. For stays of more than a month, the cancellation period is one month. You'll see the exact policy before confirming.
